The goal is to optimize the user experience for both job seekers and companies by integrating intelligent search features, a candidate tracking system, and custom reporting tools. Additionally, the platform will incorporate features for training management and talent performance assessment, helping businesses stay informed about their workforce capabilities. Steps:

1. Initial Consultation and Requirement Gathering: Meet with the Sumt team to understand their business needs, platform expectations, and the challenges they face with the current system. Analyze the existing infrastructure and identify key areas for improvement.
2. Platform Design & Development: Redesign the user interface to provide an intuitive experience for both employers and job seekers. Develop a robust talent search engine that uses filters for skills, location, and experience to help businesses find the right candidates quickly. Build a candidate tracking system that helps companies manage applicant progress from application to hiring.
3. Integration of Training Management System: Create a section within the platform where businesses can enroll their employees in training courses and track progress. Set up performance evaluation metrics to assess employee development over time.
4. Custom Reporting and Analytics: Develop tools for generating custom reports on employee performance, recruitment metrics, and workforce trends. Provide data-driven insights to assist businesses in optimizing their hiring strategies and employee management.
