1. Services
Sollva provides multi-disciplinary digital product services including, but not limited to, product strategy, web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI integration, cloud infrastructure, ecommerce development, and digital marketing. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.
2. Intellectual Property
- Client Ownership: Upon full and final payment for services rendered, the client owns the final custom deliverables, source code, and design assets specified in the project agreement.
- Sollva Rights: Sollva retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) restricts us from doing so.
3. Payments & Billing
- Project payments are broken down into structured milestones (e.g., discovery, design, development, launch) as outlined in your project proposal.
- Work on subsequent phases may be paused if milestone invoices remain unpaid past the agreed-upon due date.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sollva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our delivered products or services, beyond the total amount paid for the specific services rendered.
